When we’re in a situation where we want to have more power to stop the fight, we need to do the right thing. And if we need to do a lot more, we need to do it right. That’s why I encourage you to use up all your energy to go for the win, regardless of how you do it.

Victory is a big part of life, and the more you win in life, the more you win in sport. And if you win more in sport, you are able to win more in life. Thats exactly what I am saying, and I want you to do it just the same.

You don’t need to be as strong if you don’t want to be as strong as you can be. But you do need to use up your body’s energy, so that your muscles can do their job, and your body can get stronger and stronger. That’s what you want to do with your body. So what you want to do is to use all your energy and use your muscles. If you use up your energy, you are going to fall unconscious.

If you train your body to use all its energy and do the body’s job and become strong, you will never have to worry about getting weak. The energy you have to carry with you is your body’s energy. When you have to carry your own energy around, you are not going to feel as strong. Thats why every time you lift your arms, you have to let go your body.

This is good to know because it’s the reason why some athletes train so hard. Some train with weights and body weight, like Olympic weightlifters. Some, like the Olympic weightlifters, train on their toes, like Olympic kickboxers.
