While most of us have some degree of allergies to dust, our bodies are actually sensitive to small amounts of pollen. Even a tiny amount can be incredibly irritating for our nasal passages, and can cause some weird and uncomfortable symptoms. There are many things to do about this and some of them have already started working with your doctor.
If you’ve ever had an allergy, there’s a good chance you’re allergic to pollen. Not just any pollen, but pollen allergies have a particular sting that can be quite unpleasant. That sting is in fact an antibody-antigen reaction, which means that there is a specific protein in your body that reacts with the pollen. This protein, called IgE, is produced in large quantities all over your body and is responsible for producing the allergic response.
Your immune system needs to react in order to create the proper immune response to a given antigen. When we’re allergic to pollen, the immune system sees a certain pollen type and then goes into overdrive and produces antibodies to the protein that is specific to that pollen type. When we’re allergic to pollen, we produce antibodies that attack the proteins in our body. When we have allergies, our bodies are constantly producing antibodies to the pollen we are allergic to.
The most common reactions that people get are: cold and flu, asthma, and cold and cold. In other words, they’re all different. If you can get allergies, you can avoid this.
When people suffer from allergies, they are producing antibodies to the proteins that are specific to that pollen type. That makes them more likely to suffer from the pollen type that they are allergic to. When we have allergies, we are constantly producing antibodies to the pollen that we are allergic to.
You can usually avoid most common allergies by taking steps to reduce your exposure to these allergens. This includes not blowing your nose, avoiding pollen, using a mask when you get in the air, and wearing a face mask when you are outside.
There is a whole host of other things you can do to reduce your exposure to pollen and other allergens. By reducing your exposure to those things, you can reduce your chances of developing allergies. So there is a lot that you can do to reduce the chance of developing allergies.
The list of things you can do includes: wearing a mask when you go outside, avoiding pollen, avoiding the air you breathe in general (which is probably the best thing you can do to reduce your chances of developing a major allergy, but we’re not convinced that’s the best way), avoiding foods or drinks you know are full of pollen, avoiding places where you might be exposed to other allergens (e.g.
the mall, a restaurant, a movie theater, a concert, a game room, a bowling alley, and so on. If you need to go to a restaurant, make sure you bring your face mask, a handkerchief, and a few tissues. If you go to a concert, bring a sweater, a scarf, and a tissue. If you go to a bowling alley, bring a towel and a handkerchief, and a few tissues.
