The internet has made it increasingly easier for people to communicate with others, share their life experiences, and find information on the things that matter to them, but it isn’t nearly as comprehensive as the home listing service that real estate agents use. The major online aggregators of real estate information include Zillow, Trulia, and Coldwell Banker.

In my opinion, the home listing service, and online aggregators in general, are terrible at providing accurate information. They are good at gathering data, but they don’t make it easy for you to find and use the information you’re looking for. They also often don’t give you any options for inputting the information you are interested in.

When you first get in to your real estate agent, they will most likely have an online presence available. They will provide you with a number of different ways to contact them if you request this information. Whether you need this information to do a home inspection or buy a home, it is something you will need to ask them about.

The problem is that real estate agents dont always have this information. Some do have this information and others dont. It is the responsibility of each agent to provide this information to their clients. However, online aggregators dont always have this information either. Thus, to be able to find the information you need when you need it, you will need online aggregators.

I know that we’ve been using real estate agents as our go-to service for real estate search since we started this business. The problem with this is that the way these agents list properties has changed for the better. Agents used to list houses for sale and advertise them with the intention of finding a buyer. This was pretty common practice back then, but it has changed drastically. Now agents are listing properties for sale.

The first step in using an aggregator is to make sure you are using the right aggregator. There are three basic choices you can make with these services. You can use the home listing service, the online aggregators, or some combination of the two. Let me explain the differences by describing each of the three ways to use them.

The home listing service is a service that lets you post listings on your own website, for sale on multiple sites, or for sale in other homes. The listings that these aggregators serve are typically those in which the seller and/or the seller’s agent list the home for sale, in which the buyer can then browse the home and contact the seller directly to complete the deal.

A home listing service serves all of the above, but doesn’t provide detailed contact information on the listing. Instead, the real estate agent posts the listing and is responsible for taking care of the contact information. If the buyer, seller, or agent doesn’t know the contact information, then the listing is useless and the buyer can’t actually complete the transaction.

When it comes to a home listing service, real estate agents and real estate agents have been using this as an information war for decades. So it is no surprise that so many buyers and sellers feel that their realtor is the real source of information about the home. The most common complaint I hear from sellers and buyers is “I dont know the contact info for the seller, or the info for the buyer, but I knew it had to be here somewhere.
