Hypnofood is a movement towards wellness that is a philosophy of what one is capable of doing with the knowledge on one’s abilities. It is a way of describing the idea of “doing good things” in a way that does not have the stigma of “good for you.” We want to be our best selves, we want to live the lives we want to live, and we want to do what we love to do.
The premise of hypnofood is that this is not something we should be ashamed of, it’s natural. We don’t always have the money or the energy to pursue these goals, but we want to do them anyway because we know that they are worthwhile. We’ve already seen how hypnofood is changing the lives of those who take part in it.
As far hypnofood, I think it’s the perfect excuse to eat a lot of chocolate. Its a way to get all the benefits of eating healthy while still not eating a ton of fat. And it also makes the calories count. So if you want to eat healthy and still be able to eat chocolate then this recipe is for you. You can even buy a recipe book for your chocolate to make sure you always have the right amount of chocolate in your diet.
I made a note to myself to remember this recipe when I’m at the end of my long-term hypnofood days, and to try and keep this in mind when I’m in the midst of one. My suggestion is to get a hypnofood book and make it a habit to eat chocolate every day. It’s a good thing to have on hand just in case of emergency.
I’ve been using hypnofood to stay away from the chocolate and caffeine overload so I can still enjoy my morning coffee, and it goes without saying, I’m not going to stop eating chocolate while I am on this.
For those of you who are interested in hypnofood, I suggest reading this recipe.
Ive been using it as a substitute for caffeine for the last two years and I enjoy it, but some of you reading this might not. It is not the same thing as caffeine, it is not the same as coffee, and you should not use it as a substitute. I would recommend a good hypnofood book. I recommend this one from the UK by Robert and Susanne Van Hoof.
