high country yoga

This is my personal practice. I am a high country yoga teacher who has been in the yoga class for a couple months already. I started as a yoga teacher for a week or so, and then I moved to high country yoga as a senior for a couple of years. I started at the beginning, and then moved up to high country yoga and then found that if I did yoga, I could take advantage of what I was doing on the phone and do it for a little bit.
