In a recent post, YouTuber David Hawkins discussed the concept of 3-level self-awareness. The concept is that when we have the ability to pay attention to one thing, we can often shift our attention to another. We may be aware of who we are and what we think, but if we pay attention to those things, we can become aware of the world around us.

That’s true, but it doesn’t mean that we can do this all the time. Sometimes we can, but often we can’t. That’s where the 3-level self-awareness idea comes in. You can’t just stay aware of everything, but sometimes you have to shift your focus.

As for the 3-level self-awareness concept, I can’t say too much about it. Some of us are consciously aware of ourselves. Others don’t. The 3-level self-awareness concept has three elements: (1) awareness of the world around us (or more precisely, the world around us), (2) attention to that world, and (3) awareness of what our mind is thinking.

The first element is awareness. We all have some awareness of our thoughts and beliefs. We all have awareness of the worlds around us. We all have awareness of who we are and what we think.

The second element are attention. We all have attention to our thoughts and beliefs. We all have awareness of our worlds. The third element is awareness. We all have awareness of our minds.

The three elements of awareness are the foundation of the ability to think and make decisions. Being aware of our minds as being conscious beings is one of the most important things we can do in our lives. For example, most people are aware that they have a mind, they are aware that they have a body and a soul. We are all aware that we are alive and that we live our lives.

There are also three key elements in our mind systems. We are aware that we have a mind. The first is awareness, the second is awareness of the world, and the third is awareness of the body. When we are aware of the world, we are aware of the body. We are aware of the mind. By the way, we have very little awareness of the body. We are aware of the mind.

The last thing we notice when we’re on autopilot is the mind. Our mind is our body. The mind is our soul. In the case of the heart and the soul, they are both our thoughts. We both have a mind. The soul is the mind. When we’re on autopilot, we are aware of the mind. When we’re not aware of the mind, we aren’t aware of the body. We are aware of the body.
