A couple of weeks ago, I gave a presentation that was about the idea of balancing the relationship with your body. The topic of our presentation was “Balancing Your Body” and this is a video that talks about it.
So what is a balancer? A balancer is someone who balances your body. Someone who takes your weight and adjusts your position in the world to match it exactly, so you are always the same weight. Your body is actually a big computer that can do all these complicated calculations. So the balancer is actually taking in all these different variables, and then adjusting the equation to match the person’s body exactly with the equation.
Balancers are a great way to balance your weight and body posture, but they can also be used to help you lose weight. An interesting study by Richard Louv of the University of California found that people who have a balancer in their lives have a more balanced, healthy weight. Balancers can also help you gain weight if you want to do cardio exercises like walking or running.
Another study found that a person’s stomach, butt, and arms are the most important areas for balancing. That means that if you have an abdominal problem (such as a fatty liver) then you should avoid weight-bearing exercises that require these areas. This study also found that people who have a balancer in their lives are more likely to have the same body type as the person they are balancing with.
Balancing is a great way to lose weight. I’ve been told that if you go barefoot and sit in a chair all day then you’ll be able to lose weight. Many people think that people who have a balanced life are healthier than people who aren’t. We’re only human, and in the end we’re all the same. We have all the same diseases, and we all get sick at the same time.
Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should. It might make you feel good but it also opens the door for harm.
